Webinar Title: Continuing the Conversation: Textbooks and eTextbooks in Libraries 

Description: As previously presented, some SUNY libraries have found or are piloting creative solutions to get course materials into students’ hands.  During the March Spotlight, we had great conversations between presenters and the audience, and it was suggested that we continue the conversation to further discuss textbook initiatives, including eBook textbook programs.

We're happy to welcome back our presenters: Mary Jo Orzech, Scholarly Communications Librarian at SUNY Brockport; Jess Spooner, Associate Librarian at SUNY Canton; Rebecca Hewitt, Associate Librarian at SUNY Polytechnic Institute; Brenda Hazard, Library Director at Hudson Valley Community College. 

The Spotlight series showcases the great work happening in SUNY libraries and fosters a network of collaboration among SUNY librarians and library staff.  Spotlight on SUNY Libraries is designed to be an informal conversation about specific topics related to SUNY libraries.  After a presentation from our SUNY colleagues, there will be time to ask questions, chat, and discuss.  The session will be recorded for those who cannot attend, and associated documents and resources will be shared out.
